• Supervise and manage kennel staff for efficient operations.
• Oversee daily care (feeding, exercise, and health monitoring).
• Implement training programs for handling, restraint, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with pet owners.
• Coordinate veterinary visits and manage health records.
• Ensure compliance with local animal welfare regulations.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and administrative records.

• Proven kennel management experience preferred.
• Dog training or Vet Assistant/Tech background highly desirable.
